I had purchased two cars in Maryland and needed to have them transported to me in California. I found Bright Star Transport online and they offered the best bid. At first, I thought that they'd be the ones transporting the vehicles to my location, however, they weren't. They are kind of like the middle man and take care of all the transactions and negotiations with the truck companies. So they have relationships and communicate with a lot of carriers. They were great at coordinating and dealing with these companies so I didn't have to. So, I thought I was dealing just with Anna at Bright Star, so I was a little surprised to learn I wasn't.

This was a bad experience, however, the bad part wasn't with Bright Star, they were actually very good. One of the people I bought a car from was not very cooperative and was not at all good to deal with. We had to schedule pick up around his schedule, and then cancel it when he canceled. It was months before something was set up. It was not a good situation.

Finally, I did get my cars. Anna was extremely helpful in getting them to me. She was able to book both cars on the same truck, set for the same arrival date. I had hoped to have their deliveries consolidated, and she was able to do it for me.

It ended up that I had booked with a great company. Bright Star Transport really couldn't have been any better. Anna is a great person to work with and the truck was fairly new and the driver was very personable and helpful. I would definitely use their services again, they were great and easy to work with.
